In July 2023, I led a transformative rebranding campaign for Vinamilk Probi as the Creative Lead, working under the guidance of the Creative Manager and Creative Director. This comprehensive project showcased my ability to drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
The project's most notable achievement was successfully repositioning Vinamilk Probi from a children's probiotic product to an authoritative "Gut-guru." This strategic shift aimed to democratize gut health knowledge across Vietnamese households while promoting overall health for future generations.
My responsibilities encompassed:
- Strategic planning and development
- End-to-end packaging redesign oversight
- Complete management of the rebranding communication campaign
- Full-scale project execution from inception to completion
This project demonstrates my capability to handle complex rebranding initiatives while maintaining strategic alignment with brand objectives and delivering measurable results.
